Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 scoops of Wyeth Over 6 months Infant Formula (or 1 stickpack)
- 30g of cornflour
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- Mix the cornflour with 4 scoops of the formula mixture
- Add the remaining formula paste to the formula mixture to a saucepan, stir in the cocoa powder and warm gently
- Add the cornflour paste to the formula mixture and simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously
- Pour into moulds or muffin tins and refrigerate until set
